The Climate Smart Summit 2026 brings together policymakers, investors, entrepreneurs, and regional leaders to accelerate practical, scalable solutions for climate-vulnerable countries, with a special focus on the Caribbean. Over two days, participants will explore how climate resilience, infrastructure, finance, and innovation can be better aligned to unlock long-term, sustainable growth for the region.

Ashley Parasram’s Role at the Summit
As Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Fine Cocoa Company and Trinitario, Ashley has played a leading role in reimagining the cocoa value chain from Trinidad and Tobago to international markets, with a strong emphasis on sustainable farming practices and value-added chocolate products. At the Climate Smart Summit, Ashley will join the regional and global conversation on climate-smart investment and resilient agricultural systems, sharing insights from Trinitario’s work with cocoa farmers, community partners, and educational institutions.
Ashley’s participation highlights how fine flavour cocoa and premium chocolate can help drive rural livelihoods, conserve biodiversity, and create new opportunities for climate-resilient agribusiness across the Caribbean.
